The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a smart TV and a bar fridge stocked with snacks in my room. The breakfasts were delicious and had many options to choose from. The staff were so welcoming and made me feel like I was at home.

The price was steep for our budget, especially at Christmas. the coffee machine was temperamental and wasted a pod.

The shower head in the bathroom. It was fixed in one position, which made it a bit difficult for our young daughter to take a shower comfortably.

the amenities in the room were exceptional and fulfilled all of our needs. the service provided by the staff was exceptional and they were always available to help us with anything we needed. the packed lunches and special diet menus were a nice touch. the location was perfect for nature lovers, offering stunning sun terrace and garden areas to relax in.

The only issue we encountered was the lack of outdoor dining facilities. While there was a picnic area with tables available, it would have been nice to have BBQ facilities to enjoy the serene environment even more.
